Purchased and delivered the paint. Prepared the walls for painting, repairing drywall as needed. Applied two paint coats
to the ceiling and walls. Excellent job, nice straight cut lines. I have used Lakewood Painters a number of times and crews
have consistently performed well. I called four painters to bid painting my great room and two story foot foyer. Three
showed up, and of those three, Lakewood Painters was the best price by $100.00. The others expected to need two days
for painting, but Lakewood promised one day. A two man crew came in to paint about a week later, arriving 8:30'ish in the
morning, moved furniture out of their way, and prepared the walls. The Painters put two coats of paint on ceiling and
walls. They did a decent clean-up job and finished it all up about 3:30 in the afternoon. I had the same results each of the
three other times Lakewood painted for me.

I had the exterior of my house painted and it were wonderful. They were very careful of my plants and landscaping. The
workers were very nice and helpful, The estimator was prompt nice and very helpful with suggestion on the project. The
painters arrived on time,covered everything that need it, they took extra care of my budding flowers and plants. Every one
was very professional (no loud music or bad language) Everything was done in a very timely manner. The crew cleaned
everything up when done and took all the garbage with them they did not leave empty paint cans . I was so pleased with
everything from start to finish I m hiring them to do interior of my house. I highly recommend them.

Whole house interior and exterior painting for a new homeowner/client of and exterior and they took over from there. I met
the owners several years ago and decided to refer them to a client of mine for a good sized painting project. As a faux
finisher and decor consultant, I was leery to refer anyone to my clients because it would put my reputation on the line if
they were anything like the past nightmare has begun with a contractor you don't know...'you get what you pay for', etc.
However, from the first project on, Lakewood Painters have been dependable, fast, clean and reasonably priced for both
interior and exterior work. I've grown to know most of the crew by name over the years - a loyalty that says a lot about the
owners and their standards. Even more importantly, if there has ever been a challenging issue (which happens from time
to time with any contractor), they have stood above the crowd by politely and promptly resolving the issue to the
customer's satisfaction. I have continued to use and still recommend them highly for both commercial and residential
projects both large and small.

They painted interior walls and trim on a lower-level exercise room, home theater and bed and bathroom, as well as the
kitchen and main living areas of our home. The majority of the walls were new drywall that was installed after the repairs
from major water damage. We had them return when we decided to paint an oak staircase and trim white to match new
kitchen cabinets. We had interviewed several companies and felt that Lakewood Painters was the most knowledgeable,
since we were unsure if the oak would cover properly. We also had an oak entry door that needed to be painted. Again I
wasn't sure if it could be painted white to match, but I was assured that it could. Did an excellent job and I love the updated
look that we now have.

We have an older house that needed a lot of scraping and had to be painted top to bottom. Mike's crew came out and
power washed on a weekend to be ready to start on Monday. They were punctual, professional, very polite, and did a
fantastic job. Power washing was done on the Saturday before painting started, and the job was a big one. The crew
spent almost 2 days scraping all the years of chipping paint off the house. 1st primed, painted two coats and did the
windows. I couldn't have been more pleased. Didn't rush through the job, yet it was done in a very timely manner.
Absolutely a 10.

The Best Painters for the money
Excellent Workers are polite and cooperative. As planned arrive on time, and work effectively. Finished on time as
promised. Very focused on details which my wife and I are very fussy. No issues after completion. Every task was
skillfully performed. We had 6 or 7 local and national painting companies submit bids and none of them were as
competitive. The company owners were always available and were personally present at various stages of the painting
project. Very friendly people to deal with. We highly recommend them to anyone. Don't bother to attempt to do a major
painting project yourself, it will never look as awesome a professional can do for you.

We had Lakewood painted our home on two occasions. The first time was to complete a job in the living room, dining
room, and stairway. I had started the job, but I could not complete it because of high ceilings. Mike's team came in an
completed the job within days of the estimate; the work was outstanding. Lakewood also painted our exterior trim and
took care of some rotting wood. The previous trim painters did a very poor job, but was able to prep the surfaces and do
a much better job. The painters for both the exterior and interior projects were neat, organized, polite, and efficient. Mike
personally inspected the exterior work and identified some areas that needed additional painting. He sent out someone
to finish the work, which was far superior to the trim painting we had done just a couple of years before. The quality of
the interior painting job was top notch; we had already purchased Behr paint and Mike and his team were more than
willing to work with the paint we had purchased instead of trying to sell us on their preferred paint. All of the furniture,
including our grand piano, was carefully covered before the work, and the trickiest spots (angled corners around the
ceiling) were painted with perfection.

Lakewood came out for touch-up scraping and caulking on the exterior trim of our house. Mike called it "Painter for a
Day." They recommended a new all in one primer and paint combined. I checked Consumer Reports and found that it is
highly rated. That meant that less labor was needed to do the job. He also recommended a originally scheduled for last
week but shortly after the painter arrived, it rained quite hard. So we rescheduled. The painter came early and was done
by 1:30, so Mike didn't charge us for a whole day (which was to be $300 for the day). The painter pointed out two
problems with the siding which I need to address and wouldn't have otherwise been aware of. He was very professional,
detailed and experienced, so the job went very well.
